Journal Colonization
As we approach 2020-2030, both NASA and private companies have planned to colonize Mars.  The goal from both avenues of space exploration (NASA and private) is eventually to have citizens of Earth live on Mars.  Develop a list of 10 Mars Bills of Rights (serve and protect individual rights) specific to the new colonization of Mars. Explain what each Bill of Right means to the citizens of Mars.
